I was gardener-in-residence at Joy restaurant by chef Stevie Parle in West London. The space was designed to capture the relaxed, informal atmosphere of an English country cottage garden, with cottage garden style flowers, lush greenery, and naturalistic arrangements achieved by mixing primary and pastel colours with different textures. The gardens needed to provide interest and beauty for dining guests throughout the year and a charming experience for visitors to appreciate flowers and gardening.
