Sitopia is a no-dig sustainable farm and organic flower garden. I was involved in the creation and cultivation of the vegetable and flower gardens, including the permaculture gardening and orchard planting. I also worked as a florist.

The farm ran a weekly farmers’ market and organised farm-to-table dining experience events, where we were able to bring the local to community eat in the garden and learn about London-grown organic produce and flowers.

As part of the floristry team, I helped create bouquets for the London street parties to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in the summer of 2022.
