Gardening for wildlife on Daylesford
Cotswolds, UK

I led a gardening workshop demonstrating how even in small spaces, such as a roof terrace or balcony, pots and planters can be used to create vibrant gardens. We planted a mixture of wildflowers, cornflowers and cosmos.

The workshop confirmed how even with a small space we can support biodiversity and connect to nature in a meaningful and real way. I spoke about the importance of cultivating our green spaces and gardens more to make them into ‘engines’ for our wellbeing.
