Robert has collaborated closely with the owners of this traditional Tuscan olive oil and wine estate to recreate and build its kitchen garden. 

Designing and crafting a garden at the heart of the historic site in the hills is a project that marries practicality with aesthetics. The estate’s villa and farmhouse have been enlivened by the kitchen garden with its array of vegetables and the vibrant colours of the flowers and herbs that complement the ancient olive trees and rolling vineyards of the landscape. 

The kitchen garden not only enhances the estate’s beauty, it reflects the ethos at the estate’s heart: the importance of seasonal organic cultivation.
